Working on behalf of 24-7 Interiors, we helped to refurbish a office space in the centre of funky Shoreditch East London for Third Bridge Intelligence at Zetland House , This fit out was a 4 phase project, we were logistically tasked with moving a busy working office around working within a tight timetable to deliver development.

This project included:

- Power and communication floor boxes

- Networking

- Air Conditioning

- Water systems

- Television and multimedia solutions

- Kitchen facility's

- Specialist automated building management lighting

Working on behalf of 24-7 Interiors Limited.

Here we were involved in an exciting opportunity to provide an mechanical and electrical package for a local company to open its first brand new retail shop and restaurant

Heating and ventilation systems, installed for refrigeration, electrical and data points. installation of the kitchen, toilets, serve over counters, lighting and shelving. Signage on the front of the farm shop.

Working on behalf of BSG Business Services

Design and build of new Executive Briefing Centre in Paddington, London. Project covered 15,000 sq.ft. across 2 floors. Positive Solutions Electrical provided the technical installation team to Integra Services. To deliver a end to end solution providing Design, Build, Installation services over a 6 month period.

This project included:

- Power and communication floor boxes

- Television and multimedia solutions

- Kitchen facility including integrated coffee points

- Specialist automated building management lighting

- Power track systems

- Bespoke designer light fittings

- Mechanical plant room to aid with drinking water, heating and cooling.

Here is one of our domestic projects, which is a old Victorian 4 story detached London mansion in the heart of Islington. This project was a complete renovation.

This project had something special, a first for us was a sunk wine cave with an automatic glass door and LED lighting.
